ASB sits in Berango, a quiet coastal town on Bilbao's right bank. The campus is surrounded by green space - hills, walking paths, and the Bay of Biscay a short distance away. It's a calm, safe setting where children can focus on learning and play outdoors every day.
Despite feeling removed from the city, ASB is well connected. The Berango metro station is a short walk away, and the school is 14 minutes by car from central Bilbao. Families come from across the Greater Bilbao area - Getxo, Leioa, Sopela, and both banks of the estuary.
ASB's campus is designed around what children actually need: bright classrooms, outdoor play areas, sports facilities, a library, science labs, and art spaces - all set within the green, open landscape of Berango. The natural surroundings become part of the learning: Early Years children explore the outdoors daily, and older students use the environment for science fieldwork and CAS projects.
With all age groups on one campus - from two-year-olds to Diploma students - the school feels like a village. Older students mentor younger ones, siblings see each other at break, and teachers know families across the whole school. It's one community, in one place.

The school day runs from approximately 8:15 to 15:30. Exact times vary by age group. After-school activities are available on certain days.

The academic year runs from early September to late June, following the Basque Government school calendar with some adjustments. The full calendar is published each summer.
Details about the lunch service are provided to enrolled families. The school day includes a lunch break for all students.
